Which is good. This is our safe space to enjoy the latest trends and even create your own styles and filters in 30 seconds

Here’s your weekly roundup of TikTok’s top trending filters and effects for #filterfridays 🚀

‘Old but crispy baby’ filter

Remember the old age filter trend? Well, it’s back … but with a creepy twist.

While the old age filter trend was more of a nostalgic sentiment, this new “old but crispy baby” filter makes users look like the older version of themselves that’s not the cutest.

Here’s one video where a user compared both of these aged filters.

But like always, TikTok does what TikTok does best and turns an interesting filter into the next sensation and people did not disappoint.

Users poised their videos as a cute reflective moment on what a sweet elder they'd be in the next 50 years or so, which then followed with their filtered faces that would make you run under your bed lol.

Take a look.

People also did another version of this trend where you would start off using the filter and with the caption “...found a picture of my younger self” and then transition into their current self.

Either way, people are making the most of these aged filters and we love to see it.

Props to @suderkek for making this filter!

Goatee filter

So, the 'mustache and goatee' filter is still trending.

The TikTok girlies kept rolling with it, coming up with hilarious videos where they acted like the male versions of themselves using the filter, and we’re loving this top tier content.

Last week, we also got to chat with Eren Dere, the awesome creator behind this filter.

Read here to know how he reacted to the virality of his awesome work.

Beard filter

Clearly there’s a thing for facial hair on TikTok.

As the goatee filter rides what might be its final wave of virality on the platform, users were pleasantly surprised with another trending variation to swoon over - the beard filter.

And just like the goatee videos, the beard filter tiktoks are just as entertaining.

Shout to Kevin Koci creating this filter!

Tiffany makeup filter

Kasai did mention that makeup trends would continue to be a thing.

He wasn’t kidding.

Paige Piskin made the Tiffany Makeup filter, inspired by none other than Tiffany Valentine, from The Bride of Chucky.

The filter gives you a full face beat that Tiffany would definitely approve of and people have been using it with this trending caption: “If she looks good with the Tiffany filter you should be concerned.”

Seeing that Halloween is approaching, it makes sense these spooky filters are starting to pop up.

Bold glamour filter

Remember this one?

Although the wave is not as big as before, the trend has not completely died out and we think that has a lot to do with just how much the TikTok community loves makeup filters.

This week we saw a decent amount of makeup enthusiasts still obsessing over how amazing the bold glamour filter makes them look.

It’ll forever be a TikTok fave!

If you’re curious to know more about how they make it look so realistic, this post will get you up to scratch.
